Viraj Kulkarni, effective September 26th, 2014 was appointed as Member of the Steering Committee of the" NSE Lecture Series on Securities Law and Practices". Viraj is also a faculty at WIRC of ICSI, CCGRT of ICSI since 2007 and a faculty in many renowned institutions. A Fellow member of ICSI, India, he is based in Mumbai. As Securities Country Manager at Citibank, India and Switzerland, the franchise recorded significant increase in market share; Introduction of new products; first to launch DR Re-issuance; Top Rated/ Top score status by GCS Survey; pioneering Market advocacy by engaging regulators in roundtables and road shows. At Citibank Switzerland re-engineered the franchise to being a more profitable unit; from Commended to being No.1 custodian in 2007 in Global Custody Services Survey; Leading a diverse multi- country team.

Viraj Kulkarni was also on the client advisory committee of a leading India based BPO, Intelenet(now Serco). He also handled assignments for leading International Private Equity Firm and local Financial Institutions.
